Tofu (Soya Paneer) Scramble

Serves: 2


1 teaspoon olive oil

¼ cup onions, chopped

1 cup red and green capsicum 

1 cup spinach

1 cup carrot

250 gm tofu, crumbled

Salt and pepper, Oregano, Chilly flakes, to taste

Cashew nut, peanut, to taste


Heat oil in a pan, add onions, carrot  and capsicums. Sauté until vegetables are softened. Add spinach, crumbled tofu, oregano, chilly flakes salt and pepper. Add cashew nut and Peanut for taste.  Cook for a few minutes on medium heat and serve.
