Ginger and Tulsi Tea:


water - 1 cup

Dry Green tea leaves - 1 tea spoon

Ginger : 1 table spoon (grated)

Tulsi : 10 to 12 leaves

black pepper : 1 /2 tea spoon

Lemon : 1/2

honey: 1 tea spoon


Boil water.

Add all the ingredients except lemon and honey.

Boil again for 2 mins.

Pour in a cup and add lemon and honey.

Ginger tea is ready.

Its very useful for cold and cough.

It stimulates appetite.
it improves digestion.
It helps body absorb nutrients.
